Manhanttan Business Centre
Manhanttan Business Centre (formely known as Manhanttan Business Cafe Talk) was established in the year 2000 and is an ACRA registered business entity.
The business was previously started to focus on the food & beverage industry and meant to complement the existing restaurant business but the management have decided to divert the company to focus on business managment and consultancy services in the year 2006.
However, in the year 2007, the company saw a niche market in the hospitality industry with the rapid influx of foreign visitors coming into Singapore due to our government's many aggressive projects and programmes to enhance our country tourism industry. These projects include our two new Integrated Resorts cum Casino which are currently under construction at our Marina Bay and Sentosa Resort Island as well as the Formula One Racing Circuit.
The other major program and initiative coming on stream within the next few years include the Youth Olympic in 2010 and major upgrading and enhancement to our premier shopping belt at Orchard Road. These initiative together with our goverment's target of boosting tourists arrival to our shore to 17 millions visitors per year within the next five years and to increase our population to 6.5 millions have driven our property market and hotel rental rates to record high and created a shortfall in hotel rooms due to increase demand.
Tourists arrival to our country was further boosted by the opening of our Changi Airport Terminal 3 and Budget Terminal in 2007 which have given rise to a new breed of budget travellers from developing economies around the asia regions.
Manhanttan Inn
Manhanttan Inn was established in March 2008 as a low cost budget hostel to meet the demand for low cost room and bed spaces by budget travellers visiting our country from the many developing ecomomies around the Asia regions for short and medium term stay here.
Our hostel is centrally and very conveniently located in the heart of Singapore Business & Entertainment District and facing Pearl Hill Road at Block 52 Chin Swee Road, Unit 02-35 (click HERE to see the map of our location).
A short walk up from our premises is the Pearl Hill Park where our guests can enjoy the cool breeze and have a morning walk or jog surrounded by greeneries. Down the slope and at a distant of less than 5 minutes leisure walk, you will reach the OG Shopping Centre and Chinatown MRT where an abundant of food outlets and retail shops are available to satisfy your appetite and shopping needs.
Guests staying in our hostel will have easy access to all part of Singapore via the many expressways and major road serving the area around our premises. Our hostel is very well kept and maintained, and as such, all fittings and facilities in our premises are very clean and look brand new.
