v Whilst the company shall provide the necessary measures to ensure the safety & security of occupants/guest and their properties while residing in our premises, we shall not be responsible for any injury and/or loss of properties of occupants/guests in our premises and the occupants/guests are advised to exercise personal safety precaution & ensure that their personal belongings are placed in available secured place provided by the company
